The Assessor's office is open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm excluding all major holidays.

The county Assessor is elected by the citizenry of Lake County to provide a fair and honest assessment, or appraisal, of all Lake County property, and to provide a friendly service to the citizenship. Your County Assessor is Miguel Martinez and he may be contacted at (719) 486-4111.

The Assessors office employs five people, including the Assessor. Our goal is to serve the people of Lake County with outstanding customer service. The information contained herein will be regularly maintained for your benefit. Your comments and suggestions are encouraged as we will continue to enhance this websites features. Please feel free to come by or contact me if I can ever be of assistance.
