PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 1-5-205, C.R.S., that a Coordinated Election will be held in Lake County on Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
Applications for mail-in ballots may be made in person at my office located at the Lake County Courthouse, 505 Harrison Avenue, Leadville, Colorado, during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted; by fax sent to my office at (719) 486-3972; or by mail addressed to me at P. O. Box 917, Leadville, Colorado. Regardless of the method selected for requesting a mail-in ballot, all requests for mail-in ballots to be mailed must be received in my office by 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2011. The last day to apply for an absentee ballot if the ballot is not to be mailed is Friday, October 28, 2011.
