The Lake County Public Health Agency provides a range of services including Family Planning, Immunizations, Blood Lead Testing, Nutritional Education, Emergency Preparedness and Medicaid Applications.
The Lake County Public Health Agency also provides services regarding
Environmental Health and Consumer Protection.
Flu & Pertussis Vaccine Clinic
If you where unable to get your shot you may call the Lake County Health Department for an appointment.
