Immunization Program

Lake County Public Health Agency's Immunization Program is dedicated to keeping the community free of vaccine preventable disease.  We provide a variety of vaccines for both adults and children, both insured and uninsured.

The Immunization Program Provides the Following:

Children and Adult vaccines available.

VFC (Vaccines for Children) Program Provider.

Individual counseling provided, plus educational handouts for all vaccinations (in English & Spanish).

Seasonal influenza vaccines - traditional and mist vaccines available depending on stock

Participant in the Colorado Immunization Information System (keeping track of your record, and providing an official record for school, work, or personal records).

Vaccines adminstered by RN's

In compliance with State and Federal immunization practices

Tuberculosis testing performed Monday-Wednesday

Most Insurance plans accepted, call for more information.  

Clinic Hours:

Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 - 5:30pm by appointment.
