Lake County’s Immunization Program is dedicated to keeping the community free of vaccine preventable diseases. We provide a variety of vaccines for both adults and children.

The Lake County Immunization Program Provides the Following:

·        Traditional and mist influenza vaccines

(Winter season)

·        Nutrition information

·        Colorado vaccination record system

·        Nurses aware of standard immunization practice
