Lake County Family Planning Program

Lake County’s Family Planning Program is designed to provide the public with information regarding sexual and reproductive health services. We aspire to offer people the tools and skills to plan well timed, intentional pregnancies. In addition we work to offer the public contraceptive alternatives. This includes both male and female contraceptives.

The Lake County Family Planning Program Provides the Following:

·        Well women clinics twice a month

·        Individual counseling

·        Contraceptives

-         Short term and long term

-         Male & female

·        Limited STD testing

·        Nutrition information

·        Immunization

-         HPV recommendations

·        CHP/Medicaid review
