The Lake County Public Works Department is guided by dedication, accountability, and compassion. Our goal is to strive to maintain, construct, and deliver a quality product to the taxpayers and visitors of the County of Lake. The objective is to continue providing the essential services that ensure the growth and development of the county, which in turn enhances the quality of life for our residents, businesses, and visitors. This service will be provided in the most economical, useful, safe, and beneficial way.

 

 

Brad Palmer is the Public Works Director of Lake County. He has been a resident of Lake County for 16 years and has been the Public Works Director for 8 years. Public Works Department consists of Road and Bridge, Maintenance, Recreation, Landfill, and Airport. Staff is approximately 24 full time employees and 5 to 10 seasonal part-time employees.
