The Recreation Department offers year-round sports, activities, and events for children and teens. With safety as the cornerstone of everything we do, parents and guardians can rest assured that their children are having a safe, structured experience. Youth Play Group
Cost: Free
Times: Wednesdays, 9:30-11am
Ages: Toddlers with Accompanying Parent
Location: Kiddie Corral on warm days; Sixth Street Gym of cool or rainy days
Basketball Camp
Dates: June 7-10
Times: 8-9:30am (Grades 2-4), 9:45-11:15am (Grades 5-8)
Cost: $30 (includes t-shirt)

Swim Lessons

Session 1: June 14 – July 2, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Session 2: July 19 – August 6, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Times: Level 5 (8:30-9am); Level 4 (9:05-9:35am); Level 3 (9:40-10:10am); Level 2 (10:15-10:45am); Level 1 (10:50-11:20am); SwimKids (ages 3-5) (11:25-11:55am) Note: Times may change depending on enrollment.

Elk Hunting 101
This course is geared for beginner and intermediate hunters. Topics will include scouting, locating, calling, shot placement, tracking, hunter safety, and field care. Class will consist of lectures, video and field participation. Youth scholarships may be available--please contact our office.
