Board of County Commissioners
The Planner is a guide to the weekly meetings the Commissioners may attend, providing times, a description, location and virtual options for each of these meetings.
All meetings are open to the public and with an advanced notice of 24 hours.
Regular Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. Special Meetings are scheduled as needed.
Regular and Special Meetings are for the Commissioners to discuss, deliberate and vote on agenda items. There is opportunity for public comments, limited to three minutes, at the beginning of each Regular Meeting. Special Meetings operate the same as Regular meetings, but are scheduled as needed to address topics that need to be considered in between Regular meetings
Work Sessions are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. and the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Work Sessions are for the Commissioners to engage in discussions, considerations, reviews and evaluations of issues and items of interest to the Commissioners and the Community. No votes or formal decision are made by the Commissioners are Work Sessions.
Agendas are available at least 24 hours in advance. Minutes are posted after approval of the Commissioners.
