Lake County Government values your health and recommends that for both physical and mental well-being, employees should stay physically active. We are fortunate here in Lake County to have an abundance of recreation-related businesses, organizations, and clubs. View Recreation Department's list of Local Clubs, Activities, and Facilities! (Note: Clubs not hosted by the LCRD.) Additionally, the Lake County Recreation Department offers year-round sports, activities, and events for all ages. In addition to these health benefits, Lake County Government will be offering a NEW Wellness Program for Full-Time and 3/4 employees starting on January 1, 2024. The objective of this benefit will be to promote and support the overall well-being of our employees by providing financial assistance for activities and purchases that contribute to a healthier lifestyle. This program operates on a calendar year basis. Employees can submit reimbursement claims with a limit of $427.00 to Rocky Mountain Reserve throughout the year. Unused reimbursement limits will not carry over to the following year. By implementing this Wellness program, our company aims to create a healthier and more engaged workforce, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive work environment. More information below:
