Citizens wishing to speak to the Board on issues not on the agenda are requested to send a message in the chat section or raise your hand in the participants section of Zoom or in person. The Chair will call on public in order. Comment is limited to three (3) minutes (not including board questions). Action, if required, will be assigned to County staff. For matters on the agenda public input will be heard prior to a vote being taken on the matter.

1. Presentation by Colleen Kaneda from Dynamic Program Management on the status of the Community Justice Center
2. Presentation by Colleen Nielsen from Lake County Public Health on the current statistics concerning COVID-19 in Lake County
3. Contract with the Colorado Department of Health and Environment for Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant

4. Resolution 2022-13 for Official Action Record 22-15 Adoption of the 2018 ICC Building Codes
   Desired Outcome: BOCC Decision
5. Resolution 2022-15 for Official Action Record 22-13 for Amending the Lake County Land Development Code to Add Incentives for Affordable Housing to the Planned Unit Development Process
   Desired Outcome: BOCC Decision
6. Resolution 2022-16 for Official Action Record 22-14 Amending the Lake County Land Development Code to Add Accessory Dwelling Units the Business (B) Zone District
   Desired Outcome: BOCC Decision
7. 2022-17 Amending the Annual Resolution 2022-01 to move the Board of County Commissioners regular meetings to the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays starting July 5, 2022
8. Adopt a base salary for all Lake County Government full-time employees of $40,000 annually and raise all current full-time employee salaries to a minimum of $40,000 annually effective pay date June 24th 2022
