Civil Process
Civil Process Requests:
Civil process requests may be submitted in person, mailed to the Sheriff's Office, Attention "Civil Process", or faxed. There is a fee for all civil process regardless of successful service. Payment is required in advance. A maximum of three attempts will be completed unless there is evidence that the individual(s) no longer resides at the residence or the business no longer exists, at which time the process will be returned immediately.
Note: Some process may require specific advance service. Please check with the court you are filing in for more information.
